We bring the party to you! Bounce House Buddies, is a family owned and operated business. We operate out of Arlington, Texas. Bounce houses are great for parties, family reunions, advertisement, backyard BBQs, and anytime kids are in need of a great time !
Our goal is to provide safe quality equipment, clean and sanitized equipment, deliveries to be on time for the party or event, and the absolute best customer service.
We offer fair and competitive pricing. We realize how important your party or event is to you and strive to provide the best service and equipment at the most reasonable price.
Your safety is our number one priority. We go over all safety procedures at the time of every delivery. Our equipment is commercial grade material with a superior design that was carefully engineered with added safety features.
Weather: Bounce House Buddies reserves the right to cancel a delivery due to inclement weather such as 15-20+mph sustained winds, 50% or higher chance of rain, and temperatures below 40 degrees. We cannot set up in high winds or rain due to the risk of injury. Inflatable units must never be used when wet inside or when winds exceed 20 mph. We will call you the day prior to the event to discuss options.
Delivery times: Our delivery times are scheduled to arrive 45 minutes early to set up. We strive to always have our equipment set up at least 30 minutes prior to the party or event time.
Set up: Customer is responsible for power. Bounce House Buddies, are not responsible for problems related to power issues. Our blower will typically need a 20-amp circuit. We will supply a 50 foot extension cord.
Attention: set up locations must be easily accessible from the delivery truck. We cannot go up hills or stairs. We do all of the heavy lifting but it is the responsibility of the customer to measure the area to ensure there is adequate space for the bounce house. The area must be flat and free of debris and sharp objects.
Payment: Payment is do at the time of delivery and must be paid in full with cash.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel let us know 3 days prior to the event or party.
